GDPR STATEMENT

No data collected by 5asideCHESS is ever shared with a third party. We never collect data that isn’t directly related to spreading the idea of connection and engagement through 5asideCHESS. 

Anyone who sends us an email will receive one newsletter, which they can then decide whether to opt out of.  The data collected by our team includes phone numbers and email addresses. This data is kept within a hubspot database. All data subjects have the right to request the data is removed from the aforementioned database. Requests will be dealt with as a priority and honoured within 7 days.
